1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions made through the Jyotishvanii App, Jyotishvanii Astrologers App, and jyotishvanii.com. Users can pay through Wallet, UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or other available payment methods.

2. Payment Methods & Refund Rules

We support:

• Wallet Payments

• Direct Payments

Refund rules differ for each category.

3. Refunds for Chat, Voice Call & Video Call Services

Refunds are allowed (wallet or direct payments) only in these cases:

• Platform-side technical issue

• Call not connecting due to server error

• Call drops within 1 minute due to system fault

• Astrologer unavailable due to system issues

Not eligible for user-side issues such as poor internet or device problems.

4. Refund for Astrologer-Related Issues

Refund may be issued if:

• Astrologer did not reply

• Astrologer behaved unprofessionally

• Astrologer ended session early

Claims are verified via logs.

5. Refund Policy for Reports

Refunds allowed only if:

• Report not delivered

• Wrong/incomplete report

• Duplicate payment

Not eligible if user disagrees with predictions or provided incorrect birth details.

6. Refund Policy for Wallet Top-Ups

Refund allowed if:

• Deducted amount not credited

• Duplicate payment

Wallet money cannot be withdrawn to bank/UPI.

7. Refund Policy for Direct Payments

Covers:

• Calls/Chats

• Gemstones

• Puja bookings

Gemstone refunds allowed only for wrong/damaged/undelivered items.

Puja bookings non-refundable unless cancelled by Jyotishvanii.

8. Google Play & Apple Refunds

Payments via these platforms must follow their refund policies.

9. No-Refund Situations

Refund not provided for:

• Incorrect birth details

• Poor network on user side

• Disagreement with predictions

• Completed sessions

• User dissatisfaction with outcomes

10. Refund Timeframe

Wallet: instant to 24h

UPI/Bank: 3–7 days

Cards: 7–14 days

Google/Apple: per their policy

11. Fraud Prevention

Refund denied for:

• Fake claims

• Chargeback fraud

• Multiple account misuse

Such accounts may be suspended.
